When plugging in the USB cord while Lowdi is playing, the unit might stop playblack and lose the connection to your Bluetooth® device. Turn Lowdi off, then back on to reconnect via Bluetooth®.
How do I reset Lowdi?We´ve made Lowdi simple to reset. Plug Lowdi in using the supplied USB cord and turn the unit off. Lowdi will reset itself after a few seconds. Turn Lowdi back on and connect it to your Bluetooth® device. It´s that easy.
Can I use Lowdi with a laptop or desktop computer?Most laptops or desktop computers that support Bluetooth are able to connect with Lowdi wirelessly. Personal computers that don´t support Bluetooth or have Bluetooth connection problems can be connected via the supplied audio cable.
Can I use Lowdi with my Macbook or iMac?Currently, MacOS computers have a Bluetooth® setup that isn't fully compatible with a lot of audio devices, including Lowdi.
Therefore with a Macbook we recommend you use the audio cable supplied instead.
When Lowdi´s power is low, a status LED will alert you by blinking and you will also hear an alert sound every 30 seconds.
Delivery
We will deliver your Lowdi goods to the US street address of your choice (including Alaska, Hawaii and US protectorates) or to Canada, free of charge. For now, we do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO or FPO.
If you want to deliver to another country, please choose the appropriate zone on top of the website. Please note that prices, General Sales Terms and Delivery terms may vary according to the delivery zone.
Linkeet may use Amazon´s logistics to ship your Lowdi. The Amazon logo may therefore appear on the package, even if your order was placed on the lowdi.com website.

Delivery tracking
When you confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you provided.
We will then send you an email to notify you of the shipment of your package, with a link that will allow you to track the delivery on the carrier´s website (when available). We will also send you your invoice via email, once the goods have been shipped.
Amending an order
Once your order has been placed on the Lowdi website, you can no longer change either the contents or the delivery address.
If you want to order other items, please do so by placing a new order.
Cancelling an order
If your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, you have the option to cancel.
To do so, send an email to ordercancel@en.lowdi.com, stating soon as possible, stating your order number and a brief description of the reason for your decision.
You will receive confirmation by email if your cancellation request has been taken into account. The refund will then be made within a maximum period of 15 days.
Satisfied or refunded within 30 days
If for one reason or another you are not satisfied with the speakers you ordered on the lowdi.com website, you can return it to us free of charge, according to the terms specified below, within 30 days, and we will refund the full amount of the item.

If you want to return an item to us, please send your return request by email to 30daysreturn@en.lowdi.com indicating your order reference. Your request must be made within the 30 days period following receipt of the package.
You will then receive the necessary instructions for returning it to us.
Deductions
The returned product should be in a perfect condition, complete with all accessories supplied, and in the original packaging. Returns delivered in packaging other than the original packaging will not be accepted.
If the Lowdi product or one of its accessories is damaged or missing, Linkeet reserves the right to deduct the corresponding amounts from the amount refunded up to the amounts below:

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "GTCS") are proposed by the company Linkeet, a limited liability company whose registered office is at 29 rue Notre-Dame de Nazareth in Paris, France, and is registered in the Trade and Companies Register of Paris under the number 429 126 675.
These GTCS applies to orders places on the Lowdi.com website where the delivery address is located in the USA or Canada (if you want to have your Lowdi goods delivered in another country, please refer to the relevant GTCS on the Website).
Linkeet reserves the right to adapt or to amend these GTCS at any time without notice. These changes are binding as soon as they are posted online on the lowdi.com website (hereinafter "the website"), but they cannot apply to orders previously placed.

The term "Customer" refers to the physical or legal person placing the order for products on the Website.
The terms "Linkeet" and "we" refer to the company Linkeet.

Subject
By confirming your order on the lowdi.com website, you acknowledge that you have read these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and accept them without reservation. They replace all other conditions, unless express, written prior dispensation has been granted by Linkeet.

The GTCS are governed by French law.
Price
The prices of our products are listed in USD and include import taxes and duties.
All orders, regardless of their origin or place of delivery, are payable in USD, before shipping.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time, without notice. The prices charged are those applicable when placing the order. They appear on the summary that appears during the process, and in particular when the Customer confirms their order prior to payment.
Availability
Unless the website states otherwise, Lowdi goods are always available in stock and are usually shipped within 1-2 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery
The products are delivered to the delivery address that you indicated during the order process. Therefore you agree to receive the products that you have ordered to the address indicated.
Once the order has been saved, you can no longer change the delivery address.
Payment
Payment for your purchases is made when ordering. Linkeet has several payment methods, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and wire transfer.
Your card or PayPal account is debited when confirming your order.

You get a 30 day money back guarantee for any order placed on the lowdi.com website. You also get a limited warranty of 1 year if the product is faulty.

The products offered on the lowdi.com website comply with the legislation of the European Community and the United States.
The photographs and texts illustrating the products are not contractual. As a result, we will not be liable in the event of an error in one of these photographs or one of these texts.
Furthermore, Linkeet cannot be held responsible for a breach of contract in the event of a force majeure.
Privacy policy for personal data
The information you provide us with will be used by our services and our service providers to process your order as well as to strengthen and customise our communications and product range.
In accordance with the provisions of French law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended by the Law of 6 August 2004, relating to data protection, you have an individual right of access and, where appropriate, to amend, edit and delete personal information about you.
One-year limited warranty
You will be entitled to a limited warranty of 1 year if the product is faulty. The one-year warranty begins upon receipt of the product.
How should I proceed?
If you discover that your Lowdi product is faulty, you must send an email to warranty@en.lowdi.com within a period of 2 months maximum (and in any event prior to the end of the warranty period), indicating your order number, your contact information and an accurate description as possible of the fault in your message.
After any contact with a Lowdi technician you will be notified of the procedure to follow for us to return the faulty product by email, if necessary.
Any request received after the 1-year warranty period cannot be taken into account. Any return not previously authorised, or made to an address other than the one supplied by Linkeet, cannot be taken into account.
In the context of the limited warranty of 1 year, the cost of returning the faulty product remains the responsibility of the customer.
Replacement or repair
Linkeet reserves the right to replace or repair the product returned upon request, depending on the failure or of non-compliance found. If a replacement or repair is not possible, Linkeet may, at its sole discretion, refund the faulty item.
The customer may not, in any case demand any other compensation from Linkeet.
